Tour for Friends covers the western and eastern slopes of the Western Ghats or Sahyadri mountain range and is roughly 250 km on the bike to peddle. It starts from Chikmagalur and ends at Kavedurga, situated between Coastal Karnataka and Bayaluseeme regions of Karnataka. The Tour is a journey and no race designed to challenge the ability of the rider in conquering the mighty mountains of Malnadu with mesmerizing and breathtaking views above all.

ROUTE :

 

Chikmagalur----->Kalasa----->Sringeri --------->Kuppali --------->Kavaledurga Fort.( 250 Km)

 

Itinerary:

 

Day 0 - Bangalore to Chikmagalur, road trip by Pvt. Vehicle (1st Oct 2020)

 

Riders arrive at Team Parikrama, House of Adventure, Bangalore (By Themselves). 

08: 15 PM - Start arriving

08: 45 PM - Pre-Tour Briefing. 

09: 15 PM - Dinner

09: 45 PM - Start moving for the D Day

02: 45 AM - Reach, Relax and Refresh at Trippr Chikmaglur, Gear up for Day 1 of Tour for Friends.

PACKAGE EXCLUDES

 

● Any transport to/from Chikmaglur. Your tour price starts ex - Chikmaglur. 

● Air, train, or bus fare from/to your originating city of stay, unless specified. 

● Items of personal nature viz- tips, porterage, room service, laundry, mineral water, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, pony/horse rides, additional sightseeing tours/excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees, etc. 

● Any increase in fuel cost, government taxes, entrance fees, intra, and interstate taxes, etc., the tour price will be amended in accordance.

 

NOTE:  

❏ Entries are restricted to a group size of 10 participants only and will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

❏ All sightseeing is subject to weather and political conditions at the destination. 

❏ Guests can expect rain during their stay. Itinerary may be changed according to weather conditions. 

❏ The hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an alternate hotel of similar category will be provided. 

❏ It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Aadhaar card / Driving License / Voter ID card).

❏ Hybrid/MTB Cycles are made available to participants on request.

❏ Additional Charges of 2,000 INR will be laid on hiring cycles on direct cost.

❏ No-refund policy, however, tickets can be transferred and the same to be bought to the notice of the organizer.
